1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee specific, measurable deliverables within 90 days of your AI CBO going live. If your agent fails to meet the minimum commitments for your plan tier (listed below), we will refund 100% of your subscription payments.

Minimum Guaranteed Deliverables by Plan

Starter ($499/mo) — within 90 days:

  • At least 36 SEO blog posts published to your website (3/week)
  • At least 60 social media posts across 2 connected platforms
  • Lead capture form live and operational on your website
  • Weekly activity reports delivered via Telegram

Growth ($999/mo) — within 90 days:

  • At least 60 SEO blog posts published to your website (5/week)
  • At least 120 social media posts across 4 connected platforms
  • Lead capture form live and operational on your website
  • At least 4 competitor intelligence reports
  • Google Search Console integration active with indexing requests submitted
  • Weekly activity reports delivered via Telegram

Enterprise ($2,499/mo) — within 90 days:

  • At least 90 SEO blog posts published to your website
  • At least 180 social media posts across all connected platforms
  • Lead capture form live and operational on your website
  • At least 8 competitor intelligence reports
  • Google Search Console integration active with indexing requests submitted
  • Custom integrations delivered as agreed during onboarding
  • Weekly activity reports delivered via Telegram

Refund eligibility is subject to the requirements below. Deliverable counts are based on agent uptime — days when the agent was unable to operate due to client-side platform access issues are excluded from the count.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must:

  • Have an active subscription for at least 30 days
  • Have allowed the agent full access to the connected platforms
  • Submit your refund request within 90 days of agent deployment
  • Identify which specific deliverables (listed in Section 1) were not met

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email [email protected] with subject “Refund Request”
  • Include your order/payment ID from Cashfree
  • Share your deployment metrics

We will review your request within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if:

  • You provided incorrect or incomplete business credentials
  • You restricted the agent's access to required platform integrations
  • Your request is submitted after 90 days
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service
