1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgentGrow (“Service”), operated by gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP (LLPIN: AAK-8847, GSTIN: 29AAKFG8847K1ZK), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Services Description
AgentGrow provides AI-powered Chief Business Officer (CBO) agents that autonomously manage content creation, social media posting, lead generation, SEO monitoring, and business intelligence for your organization.
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis and may include:
- Automated blog post creation and publishing
- Social media management across multiple platforms
- Lead capture and email automation
- Google Search Console integration and SEO analysis
- Competitor intelligence and reporting
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew each month until cancelled. All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. Prices are listed in USD. INR prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated periodically. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (18% GST for Indian customers). GSTIN: 29AAKFG8847K1ZK.
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee: if your agent fails to meet the minimum guaranteed deliverables for your plan tier (specific content, social media, and lead generation commitments as defined in our Refund Policy) within 90 days of going live, we will refund your subscription payments in full. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of your first payment and are subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated by your AI CBO agent on your behalf (blog posts, social media posts, reports) is owned by you. The AgentGrow platform, software, and underlying AI infrastructure remain the intellectual property of gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP.
6. AI-Generated Content
All content created by your AI CBO agent is generated using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Content is AI-generated and may require your review before publication
- You are responsible for any disclosures required by applicable laws or platform policies regarding AI-generated content on your channels
- While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors — you should verify factual claims in published content
- gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content published on your platforms
7. Platform Access & Credentials
To operate your AI CBO, you may provide access credentials for social media platforms, email services, and other third-party tools. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Credentials are stored as encrypted Kubernetes Secrets and are never logged or shared
- Your agent will post content and interact on your platforms according to your configured preferences
- You are responsible for ensuring that automated posting complies with each platform’s terms of service (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP is not liable for any account suspensions, restrictions, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms due to automated activity
- You may revoke platform access at any time by updating your credentials or contacting support
8. Data Usage
We collect and process business information you provide to configure your agent. This data is used solely to operate your AI CBO and is never sold to third parties. Your data may be processed by third-party service providers including Cashfree (payments), AWS SES (email), Anthropic (AI processing), and Cloudflare (networking). See our Privacy Policy for full details, including your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-generated content, social media account actions, or third-party platform changes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation Request.” Upon receiving your request:
- Your agent will be decommissioned at the end of the current billing period
- You may request a CSV export of your CRM/lead data before decommission
- All agent data and credentials will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- No partial-month refunds are provided except under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
